Our apologies for the outage some people experienced earlier. Our host was undergoing some maintenance that affected some players' ability to connect. I would like to reassure you that there were no problems with our actual servers. :)

It is reported that players experiencing the problem are now able to connect. If you still cannot connect to our website, please try this link. If you cannot connect in-game, please change your realmlist to set realmlist 5.9.82.247 and this should resolve the problem. For TeamSpeak you can use 212.187.209.72:9215.
