Hi Neverendless,

The last backup has been completed and is been processed.

We are now converting the backup to the new realm / core.

We have turned on the old realm again so you can play while new realm is finished.

Any changes / items / quests done on the old realm now will not be transferred to the new realm.

We expect to have the new realm / core online within 24 hours, If this changes we will let you know on the website

In-game Support

If you have a problem in-game then you can contact our Game Masters from inside the game by clicking on the red question mark button on the actionbar, select "Talk to a GM" and explain your problem. Once you have submitted your ticket, simply wait for a GM to whisper you. When this happens a message will appear in place of the ticket status, click it to open a conversation with the Game Master. Tickets are answered in the order they are received so you may need to wait a while, please be patient - someone WILL get to you. For the fastest response please explain your problem clearly when opening your ticket, and if possible speak English. The Game Master team try to answer every ticket as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee that we have people able to speak other languages, so tickets that are not in English will take much longer to be answered if at all.

Before contacting the Game Master team please make an effort to find a solution to your problem yourself. Wowhead and Wowpedia are excellent sources of information about the game world. Our Knowledge Base also contains information on common issues experienced by players and suggested solutions. The following are examples of isues that SHOULD be directed to a Game Master:

Out-of-game Support

If you have a problem with your account, your game client, donations, the website, or are unable to get in-game then our Technical Support team can be reached through the website Support Ticket system. Our Knowledge Base also contains information on common issues experienced by players and suggested solutions.

As with in-game support tickets, English is the preferred language, and we may be unable to respond to tickets in other languages. The following are examples of isues that SHOULD be directed to a Game Master:

IRC: Internet Relay Chat

If you have a simple problem or one which falls outside the remits of the above departments, someone on IRC may be able to help you out. You can use the web client or if you have your own IRC Client then connect to irc.neverendless-wow.com:6667. IRC is usually inhabited by knowledgable volunteer players who can help out with minor problems that don't require a staff member, and it's also a great place to hang out and chat when you aren't (or are) playing.

If you would like to download your own IRC Client, we recommend Ice Chat or ViRC, but there are others.
