2. Please make some effort to solve your problem before requesting help. The following websites have lots of information about game mechanics and the game world:

3. DO NOT ASK IF YOU CAN ASK A QUESTION OR IF THERE IS A GM ON, please just ask your question and when/if someone has an answer, they will reply. This may take a while, we do not sit watching the channel constantly, so please be patient.
4. Please understand that the people who (might) help you in #Neverendless-WoW are volunteers. There is no obligation to help you, and we may not be available all the time.
5. DO NOT HIGHLIGHT ALL THE OPS, it is sure to get you banned.
6. Use common sense, don't flood, don't spam, no excessive ?? or !!. Show respect towards those helping you.
7. Staff will be Op'd, or higher on the #Neverendless-WoW channel. (This means their name will be prefixed by @, &, or ~, but not %, or +)
8. We can see if the server is down, you can see if it is down, so please don't ask.
9. When you join a channel, please read the channel topic. If there is important news it will be posted there, and may answer the question you joined to ask.
10. Feel free to stick around to help other people, or even just to chat.
