Concerned staff have constructed the remainder of the NECon 2013 schedule. The heart of the divide, however, lies with its finale. The Staff asks YOU, players, to assist in this regard: NECon 2013 must have a finale worthy of Neverendless!

Helpful Tip
Make sure to see the Final Showdown information below. Every event won awards a point or points to the Faction of the winning character or team! Fight for your Faction of choice to help determine the Final Showdown event to be held on Sunday, January 13! Keep an eye on the score banner on the main site!

Let Me Be Your Guide

The Story So Far

Where the Loyalty Lies

  • Dates:
    • Start Date: January 7
    • Close Date: January 12
    • Judging: January 13
    • Prize Distribution: January 14
  • Details:
    • Write a creative story about the side you support (Horde/Alliance) and why; any theme or tone is acceptable (action, drama, comedy, romance, horror, etc!). You can include fellow players, Guilds or the Mobs. It doesn't matter; show us how creative you can be! Make sure we know which side you have choosen.
    • Remember that a story needs a beginning, middle, and end. Please make sure to give us a complete story.
    • Minimum 1000 words, but not more than 3000 words.
    • Must adhere to the Global Forum Rules.
    • Submit entries by forum PM to Jembella, no later than January 12.

Final Showdown?

Did I say complete? One thing remains undecided and is at the root of this struggle: What is this Final Showdown? As long as there is no resolution, it is up to YOU, dear players, to decide.

Win points for your side by competing in in-game and out-of-game events. The tally will be updated daily on the main website. Three points are awarded per event to the faction winning large team events, and one point is awarded per event for events in which a single player takes the first place prize.

What, you ask, is at stake?

Blackswann's Choice: Burn Them To The Ground

Crush the opposing faction's home city with the assistance of Blackswann or Ysabel and City Raid Monsters before your opponents raze your own home city. Choose to attack or defend. If this event is hosted, all Alliance characters who participate during the Final Showdown will receive a special reward (participation as defined by Development Team and will not be up for debate), which will be sent after the completion of NECon 2013.

Ysabel's Choice: Showdown at the Battlegrounds

Join Blackswann, Ysabel, and the BattleMasters for a Massive Mystery Battleground event! Fight it out in the BGs: the faction winning the majority of the hosted BG's wins the event overall. If this event is hosted, all Horde characters who participate during the Final Showdown will receive a special reward (participation as defined by Development Team and will not be up for debate), which will be sent after the completion of NECon 2013.


Claim Some Rewards

Don't forget The Event Vendors, available in your home cities between January 10 and January 15. They will accept your [Ticket Voucher]s on Arthas in exchange for some amazing prizes. [Ticket Voucher]s continue dropping until the end of January 13th.

You didn't, it was a typo in the banner that displayed a '0' when it wanted to display a '5', it should be working now.
