It has been brought to our attention that recently many of our players have been friended on Facebook by what appears to be several individuals whose sole goal is to obtain account information and as you might expect, subsequently steal these accounts from the current owners. We urge our community members to revisit our position on Account Security.

In short, the security of your account is your responsibility. If you wish to maintain control of your accounts, you MUST:

• NEVER share your account password with anyone--not even a staff member will ever have need of your password!
• NEVER allow anyone access to the e-mail account attached to your Neverendless account(s).
• choose passwords that are secure and difficult to guess.
• NOT use the same password on your game account and e-mail account.
• use caution when using a shared computer (such as in an internet café) and do not allow your information to be retained on the computer.
• consider attaching an authenticator for an additional layer of security.

Please understand that Neverendless cannot be responsible for what you do with your information! We keep your information secure on our end: you must do the same in order to protect your account(s).

Also keep in mind that changing an e-mail address on an account requires access to the current e-mail address. It is not our policy to manually change e-mail addresses on accounts--this is for your security! Keep your e-mail address secure and accessible by you in order to keep control of your account. If you do choose to share your account and your password is changed, only password retrieval by e-mail can allow you to regain access.

We would also like all players to take this opportunity to review our Community Protection Policies and Procedures. Our policy is that in the event of rule violations, the account and/or the associated IP address may face consequences. If you share your account and it is used to violate our rules, your account and/or IP address will face the consequences. We strongly urge you to protect yourself from such bans by refraining from sharing accounts. In our experience, account sharing never leads to positive outcomes. While the staff does not police account sharing, we do not encourage nor support it. We will not lift a ban simply because "it was someone else on the account!"

i understand its our responsibillity to watch over our accounts an NE will never give out any information to any players(or other staff members) and its our fault if we lost our account

Lol dont cry if u are the reason ur account got stolen. it's easy, dont give info at all on facebook or ingame... Keep up the good work NE :)
