The benefits you get from voting and spending your vote points on the monthly "bargains" far outweigh the little time it takes in voting....you are helping yourself and your server be the best!!
I would encourage all NE players and supporters to do so and get the rare items that appear on the vote shop.
If not...well you will have to purchase them from me from the auction house at extremely high prices!!
So dont be fools...use the voteshop tools!!
