Hello Neverendless-WoW,

The following below is the Custom Item Exchange policy:

  • You can only get items that correspond to the customs you had, i.e. chest for chest, cloak for cloak, etc.
  • You can replace them with PvP or PvE items, not both.
  • We are only replacing gear for gear except on a specific permission basis upon in-game ticket creation. The criteria that must be met: You already have full endgame PvP AND PvE gear. In this instance, you may be granted permission to get alternate items (i.e. mounts). Again, this is a case-to-case basis.
  • You cannot transfer these items to a different character. They are only meant to replace your customs, nothing more.

How would I come about doing this. I had several customs on my warlock, that are now empty slots.
